Are you looking to modify the speed or the length of your clips? You can do that with Motion Madness. To find it, on the Edit Screen, tap New, and Modify Clip. If you are on the last scene with a single clip you will be able to choose flexible which lets you change the speed and length of the clip, or fixed which keeps the clip the same length but lets you adjust the speed of it.
